Fiori Estates is an amazing scenic apartment complex that has everything your family would need. Highly recommend. A great gated safe community. Amenities are top notch and extremely helpful. The 24 hour gym, pool and jacuzzi have saved my sore muscles multiple times. The community events are amazing such as the yearly holiday party which is always fun. The complex has a dog park here and walking trails. The grounds are beautiful it’s like living in a resort. The complex has hammocks to lay in to relax… Also for barbecue lovers the complex has grills on the property for cooking. The apartments are beautiful inside with giant vaulted, ceilings and big walk-in closets. The staff make this a great place to live .Maurice, Becca, Luise, Kevin, and new maintenance have all been very helpful. This complex is located in a good area and close to stores and roads. Highly recommend. My family is so happy here.

The bark areas are in need of more bark to be level with the cement. We pay for security but never see them. We can only reach them between certain hours, and you have to leave them a message. Why should we pay for this service when you can't use them? The garbage service is too expensive. People slam doors around here all hours of the night.

Friendly staff, beautiful landscaping, clean, quiet complex. Everything we were looking for in a community! Such a beautiful escape from the City!

Been a resident here almost 10 years. Absolutely love it. The office staff is very efficient Maurice Becca Louis you do a great job & fix issues quickly and maintenance Kevin -one of the best maintenance staff I’ve ever encountered. My experience at Fiori Estates has exceeded my expectations- Carlos the groundskeeper the grounds are so beautiful. The dog loves the dog park and the cat along with myself, enjoy the inside apartment which includes air conditioning & the vaulted ceilings. —After pouring some hot chocolate the other night, from the business center espresso machine, I was so happy to come home to Fiori Estates, I went in the Jacuzzi where my stress melted away - then I went swimming across the turquoise -saltwater pool, looking up at the sky and the beautiful trees around me. I thought oh my I could be anywhere in the world. Fiori is the most amazing place to relax -I could be on an island, I could be in a resort; but I’m actually in my own apartment complex.

A good place to live in a very busy area. Coming home and enjoying the pool, hot tub and gym makes the most stressful work day better. The gated access is a plus but the parking could be better. If you have a garage you only get the spot in front of it so having two cars with separate work schedules makes it in convenient. There should not be assigned parking.

Basic apartments. Amenities are standard you see in most of the apartments in the area. Gated community, however very little, if any, patrolling of grounds - my car was broken into.

I moved in as a roommate with my partner with them being a previous resident, so far the experience has been smooth I am awaiting approval to get a parking spot and my own gate fob. I admire the amenities offered at this complex but am saddened to hear from other long standing residents in common spaces how the rent has progressively increased every term despite no changes in their living space i.e size of the unit. Any free socials would be welcomed too ie. free icecream social, or breakfast grab n gos, bingo nights, etc.

I like what they did with the new flowers out front! They had a great summer pool party too. The mail room had our package stuck for 2 weeks but if you leave your package there for 5 days they return it to sender— that’s the only thing! Everything else is great.

Very beautiful apartment, clean exterior, friendly environment, amazing amenities all for a very affordable price. Love that it is very central to all the shopping and dining areas that you need.

Move in process was completely smooth, Luis in the office is incredibly helpful. Property is clean and quiet and neighbors are so respectful!

Great place to live at and location as amazing as well. So far so good. Everything is working great and having a says time moving in. Almost feeling like home.

luis was easy to deal with . few of my friends have lived here and now its my turnpool hot gym being one of my favorite thing to do its almost like being in a all incluisive resort .

I love it here! I am very frustrated that I cannot have a second key fob because I am the only person on the lease. I have a 17 year old daughter that needs to be able to come in and out easier. Frankly, thats a silly policy.

We have been living at Fiori for 3 years going to 4 years in August 2025. This APT complex very safe to live in. We have our baby dogs with us and they love to sniffing and walking around beautiful yards. I am enjoying exercise room, swimming pool and hot tub on a cold day. The maintenance people are super friendly and have been helpful when we need them. The manager Maurice and Louise are super nice and good communicates with residents whenever something going on at APT. All in all, we are not regret at all to live at Fiori in the past 3 years. Thank you.

So far so good, everyone is friendly, and one lady even offered help when I was hauling boxes in. Lots of dogs which I love. Still moving in, lots to do.

Lived at Fiori for about 9 years now still love it.. It’s one of best apartment complexes on the market-Hands down you will be happy here. Located in Sonoma County easy access to freeways and town but set back in a scenic location. , it has a great gated location, scenic grounds, best amenities in the area. (24 hour gym, salt water pool, jacuzzi, espresso machine, business center, resident holiday activities, garbage valet service, garages available) Office staff Maurice, Becca, Luise, are quick to respond and maintenance is best Kevin, and Blake , they fix issues quickly. And Carlos (The groundskeeper) is amazing. This place looks beautiful. So thankful for a wonderful safe scenic place to live. Highly recommend this to your family. It’s the next best thing to having a house. It’s like coming home to your own oasis. You will be happy here.

The apartment is spacious and clean, with lots of storage. The community is very clean and beautiful with lots of greenery. I love the garbage pickup service!

Nice and quiet. Back gate is now fixed. The location isn’t great but the complex it’s self is very nice. On our 4th year here. Enjoy the grounds.

Very quiet and clean complex. Timely service repair. Great management team. 10s all the way around the board. I recommend this complex to people all the time that are looking for sustainable living conditions.

Mixed feelings after living here since the complex opened in 2015. It started amazing with qualified employees then fell off a cliff around 2021 but has gotten a little better. It’s too bad they can’t find qualified people to work here. No consequences for rude dismissive employees who say “I’m not a people person” & “It’s not my job” when they’re the only person in the office on a Saturday; weekends at the pool in the summer are a sh*t show. Management should take control and properly address issues but it seems there’s a lack of caring, motivation & dedication towards making things better. Residents seem to be a second thought, especially the long term ones that could provide suggestions if they felt they wouldn’t fall on deaf ears or face retaliation. I’d be happy to talk to management & provide constructive suggestions now that I moved (there are no exit interviews done). Fiori could be great again but management needs to care if it is… and that’s the big question isn’t it.

Great amenities and accommodating staff. Great place to live! Fiori gives apartment living a new name of shared housing! Definitely will be recommending this place to anyone looking for a place to call home without breaking the bank! My vote is Fiori Estate

A Wonderful place to live. Quiet surroundings and no body bothers you. The grounds are kept clean and neat. Everything seems to work. The only problem is parking in red zones.

Nice amenities and apartments. Construction on surrounding area is done so it is much more peaceful now. Close to target and Costco which is a perk.
