Been living here just a couple of months and so far it's been pretty good. Move in went as smoothly as moving can go. Aside from and overpayment of my deposit and a mix up with my parking, management has been super helpful. The amenities are nice and clean. Living on the 2nd floor will always be a sound nightmare, but I knew that coming in. Neighbors are nice and the surrounding businesses are useful.

Very easy and chill. The staff has been very nice. One of my only wishes is that the guest parking was to bevexianded in some way so that our guests could have an easier time.

We really enjoy the look of the grounds. Beautiful for walks. Our dog loves going to the "bark park" and meeting other pups. The apartment itself is comfortable and lovely. Great layout. Feels more like a small home than a boxy apartment. The occasional community events are so much fun, too.

I absolutely love it here!! I’m for sure going to be here for the next 4-5 years! Staff is so welcoming & friendly, neighbors are always greeting you as you walk by, it’s just such a wonderful feeling to be here! & be around positive & happy people!

Everything is perfect! The staffs are friendly, professional and helpful. The community is super clean and quiet. I have not experienced everything yet but so far so good!!

Fiori Estates is very nice. We love it here. Nice community and friendly neighbors. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The management and staff take care of things pretty well overall.

everything here has gone pretty good so far. have had to do some follow ups because of some miscommunication otherwise all is good. we just were never showed how to use the gate code for guests entering and that’s our only problem honestly.

Lived here for over 7 years. Consider it one of the best A+ rated complexes in Sonoma County. Centrally located not far from highway 101, in Rohnert Park, 10 minutes from Santa Rosa & 10 minutes from Petaluma, Set back in a gated secluded scenic community. It's like coming home to your own Oasis. Highly recommend. Really enjoy the pool, spa, hammocks, expresso machine & the 24 hour gym. Grounds are beautiful with scenic trees along lovely walking paths. Carlos who takes care of grounds has done an immaculate job fixing so many things . It's pet friendly my pets love it . The grounds are beautifully kept. The pets cats & dogs love the air-conditioning apartment , and they have a fabulous dog park. The office staff -Maurice, Becca, Luis all do a A+ fantastic job, they address concerns promptly and efficiently. Great job. I love living here. Maintenance staff is best ever. Kevin is the best efficient person who fixes stuff quickly. Keith was also & new hire too. A+

Would love to see some ev chargers would really help our community also feel since how modern this estate is why did we not get solar on the buildings and parking covers Besides that everything is great

Awesome crew! From changing my lightbulbs to making sure I get my wine deliveries, they are the best. Also Kudos for bringing the Cousins Maine Lobster food truck to visit. I have always wanted to try their food and I was not disappointed. Looking forward to the next event.

Hot tub has been inconsistently working for months now and I’m not sure if the pool is being heated. Otherwise the amenities and apartments are great.

What a beautiful place to live in. Love the beautiful flowers and how clean and well maintained everything is. Highly recommend Fiori Estates.

We are new residents! From the moment we walked through the door Becca was so welcoming and sweet. She gave us a great tour and we had great conversation the entire time. We’re excited to be joining the Fiori community. 🙂

We are not too happy about the lack of guest parking, or letting residents pay for an extra spot . We had damage done to one of our cars that still has not been taken care of so that is frustrating Other .than those issues we love living here and the amenities are great . The hot tub is always broken so that is unfortunate.

Loud neighbors during quiet hours hot tub down more than not. Nice area and apartment itself is good. Not worth a raise in rent may look to move if rent is raised.

I'm still loving it! 🙂 It's like living at a resort, even though we are in Rohnert Park. It would be nice to have more community events to meet more of our neighbors (after work hours).

Beautiful grounds and amenities. Management is responsive to requests and concerns. Maintenance acts quickly and responsibly to requests. Neighbors overall are friendly. And overall good experience so far.

It’s nice living in a quiet community and most people have dogs here too which is nice for our dog. Overall the community is clean as well which is really enjoyable.

Fiori is a great place to live. Very close to the freeways but set back in a beautiful spacious gated community. This complex has beautiful spacious apartments with vaulted ceilings. Very impressed that the maintenance staff Kevin, Carlos, thank you for all you do, and the office staff Maurice, Luis, Becca fix concerns as they arise. And such nicely kept property with beautiful grounds and long walking trails. The dog park is amazing, if you have a dog choose here. Pets are welcome, my cat loves this place too with lots of room inside. I cannot wait for the weather to warmup, my favorite part, best part of living here, is in the spring & summer when they heat the pool as I love to swim more than anything in the world, in the beautiful salt water pool. The jacuzzie and 24 hour gym have saved my hurt muscles many times. I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment to choose this place. Another plus is the expresso machine in the spacious business center, Thank you staff.

From the grounds to the people this place is amazing. Have recommended to lots of people. As a family we enjoy the pool the recreation area and playing Cornhole.
