It’s nice living in a quiet community and most people have dogs here too which is nice for our dog. Overall the community is clean as well which is really enjoyable.

Fiori is a great place to live. Very close to the freeways but set back in a beautiful spacious gated community. This complex has beautiful spacious apartments with vaulted ceilings. Very impressed that the maintenance staff Kevin, Carlos, thank you for all you do, and the office staff Maurice, Luis, Becca fix concerns as they arise. And such nicely kept property with beautiful grounds and long walking trails. The dog park is amazing, if you have a dog choose here. Pets are welcome, my cat loves this place too with lots of room inside. I cannot wait for the weather to warmup, my favorite part, best part of living here, is in the spring & summer when they heat the pool as I love to swim more than anything in the world, in the beautiful salt water pool. The jacuzzie and 24 hour gym have saved my hurt muscles many times. I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment to choose this place. Another plus is the expresso machine in the spacious business center, Thank you staff.

From the grounds to the people this place is amazing. Have recommended to lots of people. As a family we enjoy the pool the recreation area and playing Cornhole.

The landscapers that were here before and are back now are doing a great job at pulling weeds, pruning plants and making the grounds look better

Things have been good. Only thing is parking in the red is still bad. Some cars ar in the same red spot for 2 - 3 days. Maint has been good, so has gardening. Except for the noise leaf blowers.

Very clean, nice maintenance. Great community with lots of friendly dogs. Staff is very pleasant. Workout room is always available. Close to shopping and freeway.

Enjoy the trees and flowers blooming. Glad the hot tub and pool are working again! Construction next door is getting quieter which is much appreciated.

The community is great, but with the pool not being heated year-round and if you rent a garage you don't get another parking space I could not rate this complex 5 stars.

Moving in was great, Louis took really good care of us and really made the decision very easy on us. We are new to California and the price for rent is a bit of a shock. Only thing besides rent that I would need changed for five stars in the guest parking, you can practically never have a guest over in those spots as they are always filled.

Overall good, was able to get a maintenance request in and they were out the next morning. The people are nice and it’s pretty quite during the day since I work night shift.

Beautiful well kept grounds. Property is always clean. All the staff, in office and maintenance, are very accommodating and friendly. I absolutely love living here.

The noise from the construction is absurd. The building halls and stairwells are not clean, there’s spider webs or dead bugs or just garbage throughout the floors. People drive crazy in the lot, I was driving slowly as I was coming to my spot and the person behind me was tailgating and speed off as I parked. The mail spot is always taken even though no one is in the mail room. Not sure if the furnace or central air filters have ever been changed, apartment gets super dusty. The extra monthly fees and “calculations” are ridiculous. Not worth the monthly rent.

Still enjoying, upgrade to the dog park would be nice.maybe some more guest parking. Besides 2 suggestions i like living in fiori estates. Keep it up

We really like living here ! It feels very safe and that is a nice feeling.. everyone is so nice and so far all of our neighbors are very nice and friendly. We love all the doggies and a very clean and convenient dog park to enjoy.

Upstairs neighbors disrespectful playing fetch with huge dog late at night in their apartment,sounds like an earthquake. Hot tub out for order for over a month. No parking.

We love how friendly everyone is here. Walking our puppy is always fun and we are always meeting new friends. it would be nice to have a way of communicating with other tenants for puppy/dog play dates.

Each day I walk out my door, I'm blessed to live in a beautiful environment! The people are lovely and friendly. (The landscaping has gone by the wayside and needs a little tlc, though.)

The community representative was so welcoming and friendly. He made it immediately feel like home. I can't wait to become part of the community. I was so happy with the experience.

So far it has been a very nice experience. The staff seems to really care about the residents of Fiori. I really enjoy the grounds and the amenities. Really enjoying the fitness room. The apartment itself, is like a house, and not your typical apartment layout. The area is very convenient for work and shopping. Great so far!

Management does not care about people living there. Always pushing us around and lying to us. It took them a month to fix a constant leak and they would not check to see if mold had started to grow. Kevin is the only person I have respect for.

We're loving our new place. It's comfortable and feels like a small home rather than an apartment. The grounds are pleasant for walking. The bingo night was a lot of fun. Looking forward to more community events.

Same feedback as last reviews. Nothing has improved and many things are still lacking compared to how it used to be at this property. Landscapers are terrible. Maintenance is great and take care of things quickly. Thanks Kevin & Carlos!

We absolutely love living here and are blown away each day by the quality of this complex. The pet accomodations are incredible and complex is well maintainedand beautiful from top to bottom. Additionally, I've never had the pleasure of dealing with such friendly and accomodating staff/management. My previous interactions with management at past complexes felt like a trip to the DMV-but here, it feels like staff embody true hospitality. What a wonderful complex!

This is second year for us at Fiori. We and our two fur babies are happy and safe here. At the club house, we are stopping by for taking advance on the new coffee machine, it's great! However, we miss Becca though and hope she is coming back soon. Looking forward to showing our family from Texas about our place before Xmas. Overall, nothing to complain and thank you for maintaining everything around the complex. Cheers to New year 2024!

I appreciate Luisangel in the leasing office. He has continuously been helpful. He is friendly and kind. The dog park is a well maintained. It makes life for my dogs better everyday.
